Annet Mahendru
Mahendru was born to a Russian mother and Hindu Indian father in Afghanistan. She can speak fluent German Russian English, French Persian as well as Hindi. Annet Mahendru, born in India, to an Indian father and a Russian father as well as an Indian mother, is proficient of both Indian and Russian. In her early teens, she created a choreography which earned her a spot on German television as a beautiful Russian snow maiden that turns into a lively Indian dancer. When she graduated from the high school level and college in New York, she received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from St. John's University. After the high school year, she took acting classes at HB but subsequently enrolled in improv in Groundlings School. She then performed in a variety of comedy roles. She was born to an Afghani Hindu Indian mother and a Russian father from Kabul, Afghanistan. The couple divorced at the age of 13 older and they moved to East Meadow New York with her father.She stars alongside Matthew Rhys and Keri Russell on FX's The Americans. Her role on FX's The Americans as Nina Sergeevna Krilova is her most notable television performance. She had a recurring part on Fox's The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
